"Perdidos en el Fuego" reality is a threshold to various dimensions, which manifest themselves subtle as ghosts or forceful as a landslide that one fine day takes your house and changes your life forever. The stories reminds us that everything is in constant transformation; that we are all lost in the fire: we burn second by second and, one day, we will be cinder. Hence the importance of talking about everything that intrigues us, makes us happy or frightens us; hence the importance of calling things by their name, of putting various topics up for discussion, the most delicate, the most sensitive and also the funniest, just as Denise Ocaranza does with her narrations. As a whole, these stories have given me the following message: fully acknowledging ourselves helps us to transform ourselves, to be able to fly to the heavens like the spirit of fire.
