"Tiempos de Fuego" By Rodrigo Gonzalez is a testimony of the critical years of the Dirty War in Mexico, from the point of view of a university student who arrived in Mexico City from Los Mochis. Semi-biographical narration, the author presents us with a sample of how the organization was carried out within the revolutionary groups, from Monterrey and Chihuahua, to Mérida, passing through the center of the country, as well as the strategies of the security agencies to follow them track down and identify members of clandestine communities. The rudimentary methods of both are exposed in this testimony from within what were, during the seventies of the twentieth century, years of uncertainty, anxiety and fire.
