Helena's letters show the pain of her loneliness (which becomes her faithful companion throughout her life) and her incessant search for recognition from her parents. Through these letters, Helena expressed her request for attention and help, and it came from one of the great German writers: Ernst Jünger, who responded to her. He served as an interlocutor and thus gave him the feeling of protection. In addition, Jünger befriended him and helped him publish his poems in Madrid and Paris.
