"México: derechos humanos en crisis" is a study on human rights in Mexico, examining the idea that these rights are at risk of being restricted or severed due to the fact that it was late to adopt them legislatively, and to implement supportive public policies and security programs. This neglect has led to all types abuses and the violation of basic rights and fundamental freedoms. This work's overarching objective is to show the failure of state reforms to guarantee the prerogatives of Mexicans, and to highlight the emergence of resistance and social interest groups, which open up new possibilities to Mexican citizens.
