Includes “Grano de sal” (2000), as well as his great-grandfather’s recipe book, a speech he gave at a 2007 conference, transcribed restaurant menus and a collection of texts from other authors such as Herón Pérez Martínez. Castañón was the winner of the Xavier Villaurrutia Prize in 2008.
