LIBRARIES

We process orders from libraries through standard purchase orders, telephone, fax and e-mail.
Purchase order numbers are requested before order is processed. Purchase orders can be attached to the fax/mail form below.

Libraries can use our e-mail form to order current titles from our lists. All domestic orders are sent UPS. Canadian orders are sent airmail parcel post, and international orders are sent surface mail unless other shipping instructions are given.

Three part invoices accompany all shipments and credit terms are 45 days.

Out of stock or special order titles take approximately eight weeks to fill and we will update you about the status of such orders.

INDIVIDUALS

Please send us the title, author and publisher of the books you are ordering, as well as your name, address, and phone number.
We ship by standard UPS. Express mail services available upon request. We use airmail parcel post for Canada.
For International shipments expect 6 weeks for delivery. Air mail available upon request.

We invoice our customers when orders are filled. Visa, Mastercard, checks or money orders are accepted for payment. Checks or money orders must be in U.S. dollars and made out to The Latin American Book Store, Ltd. Credit card expiration dates must be included to charge an order, as well as mail zipcode and credit card security code.

Our invoice includes book price and shipping charges. All invoices are prepaid.
